Rules for ordering and delivery of chilled goods
Dear customers,
As your supplier of refrigerated products, we would like to inform you about the general conditions of shipping refrigerated goods.
We ship orders with refrigerated goods only on Mondays to Wednesdays.
orders made before Tuesday of the week will most likely be shipped the following week Mon-Wed, orders made on Wednesdays to Sundays can be shipped in the 2nd week after ordering - the delivery time can be up to 13 days in the extreme case
we pick up and ship orders with refrigerated goods with regard to the stocks of our suppliers - manufacturers and the delivery of these foods to us
We order most of the refrigerated goods and ship them as fresh as possible, so we do not keep them (except in exceptional cases) in stock.
Transportation of refrigerated goods through the Zasilkovna is not possible
During outdoor temperatures above 8 ° C, we recommend ordering min. 2 pcs of cooling elements and for a larger number of refrigerated products also a 5 or 10 kg thermobox.
Important warning
We ask you to accept the shipments on the day of delivery - if you do not comply with this simple rule, we cannot accept a complaint due to damage to the content.
