Rules for the use of gift vouchers and discount codes.
Gift vouchers are very popular and our e-shop visitors like to use them to present their loved ones. Gift vouchers are usually issued for a fixed amount.
Discount codes and vouchers of lower values are sometimes offered as part of special offers or individual offers. They can be issued for a fixed amount or as a percentage discount.
The following rules apply to both variants:
- The code is usually of limited duration and cannot be used after the expiration date.
- The gift voucher is valid for all goods, including already discounted goods, the discount code obtained under any of our offers, applies only to goods that are listed in the source material from which the discount code comes (email, flyer, banner, etc.)
- Unless otherwise stated, the discount is transferable and valid for the voucher holder.
- Unless otherwise stated, the discount code can only be redeemed once, then invalidated.
- The value of the voucher cannot be drawn in parts, it is recommended to use the whole voucher, the unused part is forfeited.
- Discounts do not add up. 1 discount code can be used for 1 purchase.
